BIT is a successfully growing adult technology school, offering in-depth courses in different technology areas to upskill adults to meet the demands of the dynamic future job market. Our teachers are academic professionals able to provide course participants with practical skills for positive and bold career changes.
In scientific activities, BIT focuses on conducting research in artificial intelligence (AI), natural language processing (NLP), optical character recognition (OCR), and data analytics. BIT has many years of experience in developing advanced solutions to strengthen business and technology interactions.
BIT also actively contributes to innovations in the field of education, and, together with partners, participates in various EU-funded and co-funded projects in the fields of adult and vocational training, edTech innovations, and RIA in AI and Machine Learning.

Children’s academy of extracurricular activities, focusing on developing technological curiosity. bit&Byte has been operating for 10 years until its acquisition by Drill hub in 2024. In total, 250 students attended the academy throughout 2024. bit&Byte’s impact has been recognized on a national level, earning prestigious awards: “Inovatyvi Lietuva 2024” (“Innovative Lithuania’24”) for its “Ateities Kūrėjos” (“Future Creators”) project, a former president of Lithuania D. Grybauskaite’s award “Už Saugią Lietuvą” (“For a Safe Lithuania”) for “Sourcery for Kids”, and “Naujasis Knygnešys 2019” (“The New Bookkeeper’19”) award for “Technologijų Vedliai” (“Technology Wizards”). An innovative service center offering Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions for businesses of all sizes. Robodam integrates automation systems so that robots could take over repetitive administrative tasks, allowing companies to operate in a more effective, productive, and sustainable way. Robodam clients are located all over Europe — from Lithuania to Spain and the Netherlands. The company also actively participates in the startup innovation ecosystem in Lithuania and beyond, developing new innovative projects and solutions for process automation. Currently, Robodam is working on a project focusing on training and launching an AI model for scanning accounting documents and analyzing sustainability data in Lithuanian. See more

Objective: to support NEET youth (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) aged 18-29 in Lithuania by providing skills and knowledge to improve employability.

Objective: to create an adaptive knowledge tracking system tailored to personalized learning needs and progress monitoring.

Objective: to develop modern cybersecurity educational content for students and young learners, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to navigate the digital world safely.
Activities:
Outcome: to increase cybersecurity awareness among students and schoolchildren, reducing online risks and enhancing digital literacy, develop and create cybersecurity learning tools, and improve cybersecurity teaching capacity.
